By Car: Free parking is available on-site. The Palace is clearly signposted from junction 9 of the M40.

By Public Transport: Regular bus services (Stagecoach S3 & S7) run from Oxford city centre and Oxford Parkway station directly to the gates of the Palace. Visitors arriving by public transport or bicycle can receive a 20% discount on their admission ticket.

What is the best way to get around the estate?
The estate is vast, so be prepared for walking. A miniature train runs between the Palace and the Walled Garden, which is a fun and convenient way to travel between these two key areas.
Are there baby changing facilities?
Yes, baby changing facilities are available at several locations across the site, including near the gift shop and in the Walled Garden.
Can I leave and re-enter on the same day?
Yes, your ticket allows for re-entry on the same day. If you have an Annual Pass, you can visit as many times as you like throughout the year.
What should I wear?
There is no dress code, but we recommend comfortable shoes as you will be doing a lot of walking. The parkland can be uneven, so sturdy footwear is advisable.
